Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience executing business applications, data analysis, and programs in a cross-functional environment.
Preferred qualifications:- Experience managing data and analytics efforts using BigQuery, Spanner, Looker, Tableau.
- Experience with agile methodologies and SaFE.
- Demonstrated industry experience executing business applications, data and analytics programs in a highly cross functional environment.
- Knowledge of ERPs, preferably SAP, with experience in the financial planning and analysis, finance, and sales operations domains.

In this role, you will be a program leader of the Data and Analytics effort to deliver business insights, intelligence and analytics for the AMPD finance organization and partners. You will work cross-functionally across the regional organization, as well as partner with teams across the Platforms and Devices product area.

Responsibilities - Lead a cross-functional team of developers, business systems analysts, financial planning and analysis, sales finance, regional finance, sales operations and cross-functional partners. Sustain, and deliver a portfolio of application, data and analytics, AI/ML efforts from concept to launch.
- Partner with stakeholders to set the goal and direction of programs by outlining objectives, evaluating and supervising multiple projects, and defining program controls/governance/standards.
- Understand the people, technical processes, code and requirements to integrate dependencies, software release dates, feature development milestones and other deliverables into a coherent and workable roadmap and schedule.
- Drive weekly software releases, bug burndown, triaging, prioritizing, and to better enable goal completion in the midst of shorter-term priorities.
- Partner with business partners and stakeholders to prioritize needs, and develop the solutions. Work with development teams to plan and implement tech roadmaps.
