The Participant Engagement team within Global Research Operations is looking for a Project Manager to implement global operational systems, connect teams and knowledge and problem solve operational hurdles to enable Researchers to do their most impactful work. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, tech savvy, highly organized, detail-oriented and resourceful.You must be comfortable in an extremely fast-paced environment where you'll adjust to shifting priorities, find solutions on the fly across multiple stakeholders, and coordinate activities across teams and time zones. We're looking for an individual that is highly organized and able to proactively manage requests and timelines while anticipating project issues and resolving them. This is a full-time US-remote contract position.
Overall ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will be partnering with a team of program managers in executing core operational processes for the team including, but not limited to:Supporting multiple programs with operational, administrative and reporting activitiesManaging change management processes including scheduling trainings, updating tooling and documentation to keep training and team resources currentMaintaining sandbox environments for testing and trainingSupporting participant recruitment operations across various workflowsProviding consistent progress updates to the team, including triaging and managing tooling bug reportsParticipating in project meetings as necessaryTeam-wide metrics data collection and validationManaging purchase orders and supporting budget logisticsAdditional ad hoc project support as needed
