The Program Manager II will own team engagement and culture strategy execution across hourly and salaried teams in multiple locations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-motivated, able to handle confidential information, as well as have a demonstrated ability to respond effectively to changing workloads and priorities. We are looking for someone who naturally connects with people and can identify and execute against strategic opportunities to improve work-environment, culture and morale. This is a new role with an evolving scope, and the right candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, takes initiative without being asked, and brings creativity and structure to every program they own. We are looking for someone who will be customer obsessed in how they approach the team experience and consistently raises the bar on team engagement, recognition, and communication. An ability to communicate well and manage multiple assignments simultaneously is required. This role supports teams across multiple shifts and locations, flexibility in working hours is a must.
Key job responsibilities
• Own the site's engagement and culture calendar (monthly, quarterly, and annually) partnering with senior leadership to design purpose-driven activities with measurable outcomes, on budget, and across multiple shifts and locations.
• Lead end-to-end operational execution of all engagement events from planning through completion, coordinating with internal teams and outside vendors, managing logistics, and ensuring consistent, high-quality experiences for hourly and salaried employees.
• Own all team communications, including drafting and distributing announcements, event reminders, and program updates through Slack and internal channels, maintaining a consistent and engaging voice across all touchpoints.
• Track participation, follow up on key deliverables, and use data and feedback to continuously assess and improve the team experience.
• Proactively identify gaps in team experience and culture, propose and implement solutions, and take ownership of new programs as the role and team scope evolve.
• Manage day-to-day operational needs including scheduling, expense reporting, meeting notes, conference agendas, document and presentation preparation, and office management.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
