Full Job Description
Position Summary:

The Program Manager leads the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex organizational initiatives, acting as a high-level expert in data-driven decision-making. They analyze performance metrics, mitigate risks, budget processing and oversight, and develop policies to improve efficiency. Key duties include mentoring and advising staff, interfacing senior leadership, delivering executive-level briefings; analyzing performance data, conducting risk assessments, and management of schedules and budgets; creates, refine and recommends policies, procedures, and best practices; provides reports, briefings, and other written products to senior leadership, Government counterparts, and clients.

Skills and Qualification Required:

  • Security: U.S. citizenship. Active (or the ability to obtain and maintain a) Top Secret security clearance.
  • Education: Bachelor's or higher Degree in public administration, business, social science, or a related field.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and conduct research.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Skills & Knowledge: Strong ability to work independently, troubleshoot under pressure, and act as a liaison between the DoD, state, and local agencies. Proficiency with ETMS2 and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to evaluate situations and provide/create, effective solutions.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of Federal, state, or private sector work experience focused on policy, analytical, program management, research, and work under minimal supervision on high-stakes, sensitive projects. Prefer experience with the National Guard and related experience in Mission Assurance and Mission Assurance-Related Programs and Activities.
