Job DescriptionPrimary Duties & Responsibilities- Responsible for full stream Program Management of new Coherent Transceiver designs, from initial product concept through delivery to volume manufacturing factory
- Managing both the project plan with focused time based milestone deliveries as well both the product cost and the program development cost
Education & Experience- BS/MS or equivalent degree required
- Position open to new graduates
Skills- Microsoft Project experience required
- Ability to develop visual dashboards to support management visibility of the programs desired
- Knowledge of business intelligence to enhance project dashboards desired
- Strong interpersonal, teaming, and problem-solving skills.
- Work effectively with other members of Coherent Corp. across design, product line management, factory NPI and engineering critical to success
