What You Will Do:

In this Program Manager role, you'll lead a high-visibility program supporting a U.S federal government client, as the Government's single point-of-contact for overall program performance, strategy, and delivery. You will direct technically proficient teams, coordinate closely with senior federal stakeholders, translate complex analytics into actionable decision support, and lead modernization initiatives that improve mission execution and organizational performance.

What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
  • EIGHT (8) or more years of professional experience including FOUR (4) years of consulting and at least ONE (1) year of experience with monitoring and evaluating programs related to foreign policy or security cooperation
  • ITIL 4 Certified Expert certification (or equivalent)
  • Experience managing a team


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Master's degree in business administration (MBA) or information technology
  • Data analysis certification in Power BI, Python, or Tableau
  • Demonstrated written and oral communication skills, including translating analytics and program results into actionable recommendations for senior officials
  • Active PMP Certification (or equivalent)
  • At least one specific citable example of implementing a Technology Business Management (TBM) framework within a large organization.
  • Demonstrated experience securing, operating, and maintaining critical infrastructure, with at least one citable project or initiative detailing responsibilities and outcomes.


The annual salary range for this position is $149,000.00-$248,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
