Overview

Please note that this position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract currently under bid.

Summary:

The functions performed by the PM shall include, but are not limited to, oversight and management administrative support by preparing documents, briefings, point papers, and meeting minutes.

The work to be performed under this contract will be performed in Arlington, VA, occasionally in Washington, DC, telework, or contractor approved facilities by the COR.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead end-to-end program planning, execution, and delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and milestones
  • Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies
  • Communicate program status to stakeholders and leadership
  • May preform other duties as needed.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field from an accredited institution and have a
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing Government projects of similar work, such as training facilitation, and including a demonstrated knowledge of support and sustainment-related (resiliency) operations.
  • Must be a US citizen.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PM certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP)
