As program manager, you will lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve Facilities service delivery, strengthen partner and supplier experiences, and build future-state capabilities across the organization. A significant portion of this portfolio will support the continued evolution of the Network Operations Center and Facilities Contact Center, while also creating space to lead other priority programs that help Facilities Services simplify work, improve consistency, and scale more effectively. The ideal candidate brings a transformation mindset - whether developed through deep Starbucks experience, external experience, or both. They value what has already been built while also looking for ways to make it better. They are comfortable challenging assumptions, navigating ambiguity, building alignment, and helping teams move from ideas to execution. This highly visible role provides regular engagement with senior leadership and the opportunity to influence key initiatives that are shaping the future of Facilities Services.

As a program manager - Facilities Services, you will...

Lead strategic programs and business transformation

  • Lead a portfolio of cross-functional initiatives that support Facilities Services priorities and long-term business objectives.

Advance operational excellence

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve service delivery, and increase operational effectiveness.
  • Lead initiatives that support scalable operating models, future-state capabilities, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Use data and insights to identify risks, inform decisions, and measure program success.

Drive stakeholder alignment and change leadership

  • Build strong partnerships across Facilities Services and key business functions.
  • Facilitate leadership reviews, decision-making forums, and executive updates.
  • Lead change management efforts that support adoption of new processes, tools, and ways of working.
