Position Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise cybersecurity and security operations program. This role requires a proven leader capable of managing a complex, multi-vendor ecosystem while serving as the central point of contact for all security, audit, and infrastructure-risk-related activities. The ideal candidate brings strong federal experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to coordinate diverse cyber and technical teams.

***This position is located in our Fairfax, VA office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable***

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Lead an enterprise-level cybersecurity program spanning SOC operations, audits, and cloud A&A.
- Manage multiple vendors across cross-functional technical, cyber, and business environments.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all infrastructure security and risk management functions.
- Oversee and coordinate system security audits, including SOC, FISMA, FISCAM, SSAE.
- Direct teams performing security operations, disaster recovery, data management, network architecture, and access management.
- Ensure security posture meets federal standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide executive-level communication, stakeholder reporting, and program governance.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Experience managing contracts of similar size and scope (SOC + audit + cloud A&A).
- Demonstrated leadership of cyber teams within a Federal environment.

- Experience with enterprise-scale modernization or transformation initiatives.

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $127,500.00 - $276,200.00.
