Full Job Description
**To be considered for this position, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

SavvyMoney is entering an exciting new chapter - one where artificial intelligence is not just a product feature but a fundamental shift in how we work. We are looking for a Program Manager, Enterprise AI Adoption to lead that transformation from the inside.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role that sits at the intersection of technology strategy, people change, and organizational performance. You will design and run the programs that move SavvyMoney from AI-curious to AI-native, partnering with every business function to identify opportunity, build adoption frameworks, drive measurable behavioral change, and report outcomes directly to the C-suite and Board of Directors. This individual will have a seat at the table for one of the most consequential transformation programs in the company's history

This role is for a builder and a communicator - someone who can turn ambiguous, enterprise-wide transformation into clear programs with accountable owners, measurable milestones, and sustainable outcomes. But above all, this is a role for a genuine AI enthusiast: someone who wakes up energized by what AI makes possible, who experiments with it personally, advocates for it passionately, and brings that infectious energy into every room they walk into.

**We are based in the San Francisco Bay Area and prefer candidates who are local to the area, with the ability to come into the office on occasion for team collaboration, executive meetings, and company events. That said, we recognize that great talent is everywhere - fully remote candidates based in the United States will also be considered.

Responsibilities -

Program Strategy & Governance
  • Design and own SavvyMoney's enterprise AI adoption program, spanning Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Partner Success.
  • Build and maintain a formal program structure - including charters, roadmaps, governance cadences, KPIs, and executive dashboards - that keeps AI adoption initiatives on track and accountable.
  • Identify, prioritize, and sequence AI use cases across business functions using a structured value and feasibility framework.
  • Partner with the CTO, CPO, and functional leaders to align AI adoption goals with company OKRs and strategic priorities.

Change Management & Enablement
  • Lead the design and execution of a company-wide change management program to shift workflows toward AI-generated and AI-assisted work across all business units.
  • Partner with business functions to co-develop and implement adoption playbooks, training curricula, and enablement resources tailored to different teams and technical literacy levels.
  • Champion a culture of experimentation - creating safe environments for teams to test, learn from, and scale AI-assisted workflows without fear of failure.
  • Build feedback loops and change readiness assessments to measure organizational adoption and surface resistance early.
  • Coordinate with HR, L&D, and functional managers to embed AI proficiency into role expectations, onboarding, and performance frameworks.

Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of accountability for AI adoption program health - reporting quarterly to the C-suite and providing Board-level materials on adoption progress, ROI, risk, and strategic direction.
  • Translate complex, technical program data into concise executive narratives that drive decisions and maintain alignment at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Facilitate executive steering committee sessions, ensuring leaders remain engaged sponsors rather than passive observers of the program.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with functional stakeholders across the company to ensure program activities reflect real business needs and constraints.

Program Operations & Measurement
  • Track and report on program activities including milestones, budgets, risks, dependencies, and delivery against plan.
  • Define and instrument the metrics that matter - productivity uplift, cost avoidance, time-to-insight improvements, and user adoption rates - building a credible measurement system the business trusts.
  • Partner with IT to manage vendor and tool relationships related to enterprise AI tooling, ensuring alignment with Procurement, Legal, and IT Security.
  • Maintain a living inventory of AI use cases across the organization - their status, owners, and outcomes - as a strategic asset for leadership decision-making.

Experience -
  • A genuine passion for AI and what it makes possible - you follow the space closely, experiment with tools personally, and can speak with real conviction about the opportunities AI creates for people and organizations.
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 2 years leading enterprise-wide transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing change management programs at scale - ideally including technology adoption, digital transformation, or process re-engineering.
  • Hands-on familiarity with enterprise AI tools and concepts (LLMs, AI assistants, automation, prompt engineering) - not just theoretical knowledge, but practical experience using these tools in your own work.
  • Proven experience presenting to executive leadership and/or boards - with the communication clarity, confidence, and judgment to influence at the highest levels.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills; able to build trust across functions and lead without direct authority.
  • The ability to translate AI enthusiasm into business language - connecting what's technically possible to what's strategically valuable, for audiences ranging from skeptical operators to excited engineers.
  • Data-driven approach to program management - comfortable building measurement frameworks, defining KPIs, and letting outcomes guide decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; can synthesize complexity into clear narratives and crisp executive summaries.
  • PMP, PgMP, Prosci ADKAR, or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated industry is a plus
