The OpportunityAdobe is seeking a motivated Program Manager, Early Career Talent, to lead our efforts in crafting world-class experiences for our Intern and Grad Programs. What you'll Do- Conceptualize and support strategies to build an outstanding experience for our Intern and Grad Programs
- Analyze data and feedback to effectively make business decisions on program experiences
- Lead multiple cross-team projects and initiatives through flawless project plans and proven project management methodologies
- Collect and implement feedback into future planning and iterations of events and projects
- Infuse Adobe's products into our programs and events
- Partner across Talent Acquisition, Talent Partners, Talent Branding, and Adobe employees to collaboratively work towards making Adobe the Career Destination for emerging talent
What you need to succeed- 4+ years of experience in University Recruiting, Educational Build/Development, Talent Acquisition, Project Management, or HR roles
- Significant interest in or experience with managing high-volume events and activities (ex: 100+ interns/employees or more)
- Knowledge of the Early in Career Talent space e.g., University Relations, Campus Recruiting, Academia, building student programs, etc.
- Experience with hosting events and programs
- Dedicated approach to solving problems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to proactively plan and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Great teammate who can build positive relationships and is open to giving and receiving feedback
- Comfortable operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
- Ability to lead a project and communicate the status to all levels of internal and external collaborators
- Crafting and delivering presentations a plus
- Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) and Excel a plus
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $89,600 -- $160,000 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
In California, the pay range for this position is $110,500 - $160,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
