Position Summary

Pivot Path Solutions is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to serve as key personnel for Defense Health Agency (DHA)'s enterprise information management and health IT support program. The Program Manager will be responsible for overall contract performance, task order management, staff supervision, customer coordination, schedule and deliverable oversight, risk and issue management, and ensuring all work is performed efficiently, accurately, on time, and in compliance with contract requirements.

The Program Manager will serve as Pivot Path's primary point of contact for all contract activities and issues and will have authority to act on behalf of the company on contract-related matters. This role requires strong federal program management experience, technical management judgment, and the ability to oversee complex enterprise software, hardware, operations, sustainment, and modernization activities. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contractor point of contact for contract activities, performance, issues, and customer coordination.
  • Supervise overall program performance and ensure all task order work is completed on time, accurately, and in compliance with requirements.
  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers, technical staff, subcontractors, and functional support teams.
  • Manage multiple tasks, schedules, deliverables, staffing plans, risks, issues, and cost/resource-loaded activities.
  • Coordinate with government stakeholders, contracting representatives, and program leadership to align contractor execution with overall program objectives.
  • Develop and maintain program management plans, staffing plans, subcontract management plans, risk management plans, issue management plans, and performance metrics.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of required reports, deliverables, invoices, and management documentation.
  • Support planning and coordination for enterprise software/hardware solutions, sustainment activities, user support, testing, training, release planning, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain workforce continuity, accountability, and readiness across all assigned program functions.

Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of program management experience on contracts of similar scope and complexity.
  • PMP certification required.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and managing multiple tasks and/or contracts.
  • Demonstrated technical management and supervisory experience.
  • Experience coordinating large planning efforts for enterprise software and/or hardware solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of federal contract operations, deliverable management, risk management, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal health IT or DoD health IT experience.
  • Experience supporting large-scale enterprise content management, workflow, case management implementations.
  • Experience managing teams supporting operations and maintenance, application sustainment, cybersecurity coordination, testing, training, and enterprise modernization.

Security / Compliance
  • Must be able to meet applicable federal background investigation and IT access requirements.
  • Experience working in environments involving sensitive federal information, PII, PHI, cybersecurity compliance, and controlled access systems is preferred.
