Title: Program Manager II

Location: 1 Washington Street, Newark, NJ 07102

Duties: Manage Technology organization workforce regular reporting for core KPIs. Collaborate with HR and Recruiting partners to ensure a "single source of truth" for Tech workforce data. Support workforce projections, benchmarking analysis and other workforce information for Tech as needed. Support Tech team budget tracking, budget operations, and contractor management through partnership with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams. Provide program management for Tech workforce and engagement initiatives, such as the employee recognition program. Support Business Management team in improving existing workflows, solving through automation where possible. Provide support for operational projects for the CTO and senior leadership as needed. Position is fixed location based in Newark, NJ office; however, telecommuting from a home office may also be allowed.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Business Administration, Corporate Communications, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience as a Program Manager or a related occupation involving program or project management.

Salary: $102,939 - 142,800/year. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
