What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead the planning and execution of complex projects, ensuring delivery within defined scope, timelines, and budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Communicate project expectations effectively and in a timely manner to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Facilitate the definition of project objectives, tasks, and resource requirements; resolve or contribute to resolving conflicts within projects, across projects, or between functions; implement progress tracking methods; and provide oversight as needed.
  • Manage project budgets and financial aspects.
  • Interact regularly with clients to understand their needs and develop delivery plans.
  • Work cross-functionally with various departments to resolve issues and implement changes.
  • Present oral and written reports on plans, issues, and solutions to appropriate levels of management.
  • Understand the relationship between projects and the company's strategic objectives, and maximize value-added activities.

More specifically:
  • Establish and continuously manage project expectations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools, while identifying and managing dependencies and the critical path.
  • Develop and deliver status reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
  • Proactively perform risk management and mitigation activities.
  • Conduct lessons learned sessions when required.
  • Be accountable for revenue and cash flow management.
