PROGRAM MANAGERPosition mission: Lead program execution and serve as Chameleon's accountable integrator across cybersecurity, RMF, infrastructure, database, application, CyberArk, configuration-management, procurement, and test-environment activities.
Duties: The Program Manager will:
- Direct engineering program planning and execution across all PWS task areas.
- Develop and maintain the integrated master schedule.
- Identify technical, staffing, schedule, and dependency risks; assign mitigation actions; and track them through closure.
- Coordinate configuration reviews, readiness reviews, and other systems-engineering reviews.
- Coordinate engineering changes across infrastructure, database, application, configuration-management, and cybersecurity personnel.
- Manage interfaces with SAF/FM, AFFSO, AFIMSC, system owners, program offices, and other designated stakeholders.
- Establish and report performance measures aligned with the QASP.
- Balance resources and workload across simultaneous sustainment, RMF, corrective-maintenance, and engineering activities.
- Govern technical documentation, version control, deliverable status, and submission dates.
- Coordinate commercial internet, hardware, software, licensing, renewal, and refresh activities assigned under the PWS.
- Verify that infrastructure, database, development, test, cybersecurity, and CyberArk work is synchronized and technically reviewed before Government submission or production implementation.
- Support annual program reviews, status briefings, administrative reports, personnel reporting, CAC reporting, and Government-furnished-property reporting.
Required qualifications: The candidate must demonstrate prior responsibility for integrated technical performance involving multiple technical disciplines and stakeholders. The candidate must be able to manage schedules, dependencies, technical reviews, risks, staffing, deliverables, and Government communications for mission-critical IT work.
Additional Requirements:- Managed program or task order involving at least several of the following: cybersecurity, infrastructure, system administration, database operations, software sustainment, configuration management, RMF, or controlled testing.
- Direct ownership of an IMS, risk register, staffing plan, deliverable register, performance metrics, or technical-review calendar.
- Coordination of Government program offices, system owners, security personnel, engineers, and vendors.
- Experience managing production changes, outages, urgent corrective actions, or mission-critical sustainment.
- Experience preparing or presenting technical and performance status to Government leadership.
Anticipated start: September 28, 2026
Primary work location: Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota. Occasional work at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio.
Work schedule: An eight-hour shift scheduled between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. The team must collectively provide overlapping coverage during that window. COOP support may be required, but work will remain within a 40-hour workweek unless the Contracting Officer authorizes otherwise.
