Program Manager

Your Role: Program Manager

Salary: $85,000/annually

Your Superpowers Should Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Behavioral Sciences, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in social services, child development, and evidence-based home visiting practices
  • Strong knowledge of child welfare regulations across home visiting, foster care, and residential programs
  • 3-5 years of supervisory experience, ideally within a nonprofit or social service setting
  • A natural connector - skilled at building partnerships across community service providers and diverse stakeholders
  • 2+ years of experience spanning multiple child welfare areas (foster care, residential care, in-home services, or family preservation)
  • Required licensing/certification per program assignment (or license eligibility)

Your Toolbox Includes:

  • Lead the day-to-day success of the Healthy Families America (HFA) SPA 4 program, driving quality, compliance, and impact
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of home visitors and support staff - building leadership and fostering growth at every level
  • Own program budgets, evaluation plans, and data-driven decision-making, with DEI and trauma-informed practices woven throughout
  • Cultivate strong partnerships with community stakeholders, funders, and agencies to expand program reach and sustainability
  • Provide reflective supervision and mentorship, keeping leadership informed on program status and progress
  • Champion the agency's presence in the community - from outreach efforts to launching a Community Advisory Board
  • Uphold confidentiality, sound judgment, and the mission in all you do (some evenings/weekends required)
