Position Description:

The Program Manager works with Executive/Business sponsors and Corporate Project Management Office to successfully implement and support organizational processes by managing the delivery of enterprise-wide projects. This position is located in our Canton, MA office, however a hybrid working model is acceptable

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager, AI Adoption & Transformation with knowledge of healthcare domain, to lead enterprise-wide initiatives that accelerate the adoption, implementation, and responsible use of Artificial Intelligence across the organization. This role will be responsible for translating AI strategy into executable programs, coordinating cross functional teams, driving adoption of AI enabled capabilities and establishing the governance, operating models required to realize measurable business value from AI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, shepherding and executing multiple tracks to make sure there's momentum to adopt the utilization of AI process and drive efficiencies with a combination of strong program management, technology transformation, stakeholder management, and AI understanding.

The candidate needs a product management perspective and must be an advanced Copilot user themselves, as they will run Copilot adoption and measurement. This candidate would liaison with diverse stakeholders across business and technology domains to ensure the integrity and success of the project, and at the same time build and maintain strong partnerships across various departments in the organization. This role requires a key focus on situational leadership, escalation strategy, navigating complex dynamics and executive communication.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Lead complex, enterprise wide AI adoption and transformation programs from strategy through implementation and value realization.
. Translate organizational AI strategy into a portfolio of initiatives, roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
. Manage all the phases of project management life cycle from ideation to closure, including but not limited to budgeting, change management and external vendor management thereby driving successful execution of the projects in alignment with organizational goals.
. Lead the implementation of tools and methodologies that are used by the delivery teams to manage project scope, schedule, budget, risk and resource allocations/management for both Agile and/or Waterfall projects.
. Organize teams across multiple workstreams, facilitate communication between cross functional teams and develop professional relationships to communicate through all levels from individual contributors to IT/Business leadership.
. Identify, manage, track and mitigate potential technical risks that could impact project success.
. Escalate issues and challenges through the appropriate organization chain of command along with proposed mitigations and strategies.
. Coach and mentor fellow project coordinators / project managers and effectively lead in a matrix environment.
. Ability to influence project sponsor, owner, project teams and extended stakeholders and provide thought leadership and successfully drive the organizational initiatives to closure.
. Lead the development of content for Program Stakeholder and/or Executive Steering meetings as needed and report program status per the organization guidelines.
. Leveraging outstanding verbal and written skills to effectively manage challenging dynamics. Drive innovation by understanding the application landscape and identifying opportunities for improvement and mobilizing the teams for desired outcome.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience (advanced degree preferred).
. Advanced CoPilot Knowledge and execution skills.
. Experienced in running AI adoption and AI delivery transformation programs.
. 10+ years of Program/Project management experience.
. Minimum 3 years experience in process management.
. Minimum 3 years experience in health insurance operations (if PMP certified) or 5 years (if not).
. Proven track record of meeting project deadlines with successful outcomes.
. Ability to thrive in a matrix management, hands on environment.
. Strong negotiating, influencing, and advocacy skills.
. Outstanding communication and relationship management skills.
. Experience with CQI, TQM, PDCA, PMBOK, or other formal improvement techniques preferred.
. PMP and Agile certifications preferred.

Education: Bachelor's in computer science or closely related field

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $124,700.00 $218,200.00.
