Position Summary

The Program Manager will oversee the comprehensive framework for data quality, remediation, and operational support for a DHS Component. This role involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of data integrity initiatives, including data cleanup, error resolution, and AI validation. The Program Manager will lead an Team, guiding the execution of prioritized data quality projects that support law enforcement actions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while adhering to privacy and security protocols.

Position Description

The Program Manager will be responsible for orchestrating all aspects of project management, from initiating and planning to executing and closing data quality projects. Key responsibilities include managing stakeholder engagement, ensuring alignment between operational and technical teams, facilitating root cause analysis of data errors, and implementing solutions to remediate identified issues. The Program Manager will use data governance frameworks to guide the Team, monitor project progress using performance metrics, and drive continuous improvement through lessons learned documentation. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and in compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, particularly involving data analysis, quality assurance, or law enforcement-related projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders.

Certifications Required
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • SECRET Security clearance or ability to obtain one, as required for accessing sensitive data.
