Job Summary

Aretum is seeking a Program Manager to provide program management, budget, acquisition, performance management, and governance support for Federal programs. This role coordinates with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support PMR planning, budget tracking, performance reporting, and program execution activities.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Support Program Management Office (PMO/ProgMO) activities, including program planning, scheduling, governance, and coordination with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support Federal budget formulation and execution activities, including planning, tracking, analysis, validation, and documentation.
  • Coordinate Federal acquisition and procurement activities, supporting procurement planning and lifecycle oversight.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics, compliance tracking, program status reports, and leadership briefings.
  • Support division-wide PMR planning, readiness preparation, review coordination, follow-up actions, and governance reporting.

Requirements
  • BA/BS degree and 5 (+) years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Prior experience supporting a Program Management Office (PMO/ProgMO), Project Management Office, or Federal budget office.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting or managing Federal programs, including coordination with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Federal budget formulation, execution tracking, acquisition processes, procurement planning, and lifecycle oversight.
  • Experience with performance management, including metrics development, compliance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to synthesize program and budget data for PMR reviews, leadership briefings, and governance reporting.


Benefits
  • Salary Range: $120,000-$165,000 annually. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including education, experience, qualifications, skills, and applicable contract requirements.
