Program Management of our MSP program.
Program Leadership & Governance.
Serve as day-to-day lead for the TalentStream program
Stand up and run monthly operational reviews, quarterly supplier reviews, and executive steering routines.
Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and adoption metrics, ensuring clear issue tracking and timely escalation.
Establish and enforce a clear governance structure, including Executive Steering Committee, Operational Governance forums, and Supplier Performance Reviews.
Define meeting cadences, agendas, and escalation pathways to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely issue resolution.
Develop and maintain a stakeholder map across P&C, Procurement, Finance, IT, and Brands to ensure alignment and clarity of roles.
Program Tracking & Reporting:
Build and maintain a comprehensive program dashboard with KPIs for onboarding, time-to-fill, supplier compliance, cycle time efficiency, and cost savings.
Develop issue logs, SLA trackers, and risk registers to monitor program health.
Partner with Finance and Procurement to publish consolidated monthly and quarterly reports on spend, adoption, and supplier performance.

Operational Stabilization:
Drive resolution of onboarding and access delays (contractors, suppliers, cost centers, provisioning).
Lead workflow optimization efforts, including proxy/delegate framework and reduction of manual reconciliations.

Operational Excellence:

Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Oracle, Beeline, and TalentStream reporting.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management :

Change Management & Communication:

Qualifications & Experience
