We are seeking an Adobe Program Manager to lead client initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact across the project lifecycle, partnering closely with Adobe teams, clients, and external partners to align expectations, manage delivery, and drive successful outcomes. You will be part of our Enterprise Solutions team, a collection of employees across multiple operating companies within WPP dedicated to providing effective technical solutions to clients.

This individual will bring deep experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment, along with the ability to balance scope, timelines, resources, and financial considerations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and skilled at navigating competing priorities while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction and delivery excellence.

What You'll Do:

People | Serve as the primary liaison for clients, internal teams, and external partners such as Adobe throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitate clear and consistent communication, and ensure alignment on priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables. Provide leadership and coordination across project contributors to support effective collaboration and successful execution.

Process | Oversee project planning, scope management, timelines, governance, and resource coordination. Manage day-to-day delivery activities, including status tracking, administrative follow-up, change management, risk mitigation, and documentation of lessons learned. Ensure projects adhere to established processes while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and delivery quality.

Financials | Support project forecasting and financial tracking, including budget oversight, resource planning, and reporting as needed. Monitor scope changes and proactively communicate impacts to timelines, effort, and cost. Help ensure projects remain financially sound and aligned to client expectations.

Work | Lead end-to-end delivery of client projects, ensuring work is executed effectively and issues are resolved in a timely manner. Coordinate across internal and external teams to manage dependencies, address challenges, and maintain project momentum. Uphold a strong standard of quality, accountability, and client service throughout the lifecycle of each engagement.

Who you are:

A builder| Process-oriented and an innovator with a strong point of view and distinct voice. Ability and appetite to create and bring people together. Innate ability to marshal people and create gravity around ideas.

Open and collaborative| Our team is close-knit and supportive, and we're working with a lot of unknowns - you must be a champion of team environments that are comfortable with ambiguity and encourage collaboration.

Optimistic and resilient| Dig in and figure out how to work around problems. Provide a balance needed to maintain stamina and positivity.

Ego-less| We all wear the hats that need wearing, it's a mentality that makes the team successful.

What You'll Need:
  • 8-10+ years of experience in project management, client services, or delivery leadership; PMP and/or Agile certification preferred.
  • Experience managing complex client projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Strong familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, AEP, AJO, and/or Workfront
  • Proven ability to manage scope, timelines, resources, dependencies, and project governance
  • Experience building documentation and status reporting
  • Demonstrated experience in financial forecasting and budget management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to solve problems proactively and navigate competing priorities
  • Experience leading teams and coordinating across internal and external partners
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Open and available for up to 60% travel annually
