2. Prepares and delivers briefings to large diverse internal and external audiences on complex and/or controversial topics in a manner that is appropriate for the audience and consistent with policy and/or best business practices

3. Analyzes key information and evaluates the effectiveness of alternative solutions, courses of action, and strategies needed to address complex, controversial, and multi-faceted issues

4. Coordinates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders across organizational boundaries, addressing complex acquisition issues to ensure integrated program execution

and mission achievement.

5. Serves as a resource to others regarding relevant regulations, guidelines, laws, and directives.

HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS

1. In-depth experience as a Program Manager for DIA, DoW, or IC Acquisition Programs that utilize the Adaptive Acquisition Framework (AAF)

2. In-depth experience in Acquisition Program Governance and Acquisition Program Oversight Policies/Processes.
