What does this role look like?
As a Senior Program Manager, you will be part of FBM's Propulsion, Structures, Ordnance and Controls (PSOC) Directorate and be responsible for:
• Cost, schedule, and technical commitments for the PSOC modernization portfolio.
• Closely partnering with the Navy Customers, larger PSOC teams, and other Functional Directorates to effectively execute the contracted scope.
• Serve as a key leader within the program leadership team representing PSOC to shape our future, performance, and commitments.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
• Plan, prepare and brief Navy customers, executive leadership, and other program stakeholders on a weekly/monthly cadence or as needed.
• Deliver Proposal and Modernization Strategic Planning (MSP) artifacts for PSOC scope.

This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in Littleton, CO and will be expected to work in the office.
Basic Qualifications
Program Management experience on large, complex development programs
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong cross-organization relationships
Knowledge of finance, planning, contracts, Earned Value Management (EVM), risk/opportunity management, and proposals
Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college in an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with technical and non-technical audiences
Proven self-starter with demonstrated capability to proactively work through difficult project and resource challenges to deliver results
Willing and able to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret security clearance
Desired skills
US Navy Strategic Systems and/or Missile/Space Weapons Systems Experience
Direct customer interface experience as program manager
Demonstrated experience in proposal capture management including development of basis of estimates, statements of work, proposal fact finding, and negotiations with conversion into executable financial and schedules baselines.
Ability to absorb extensive technical, financial and schedule data to support programmatic decisions
Develop and execute strategic initiatives
Master's Degree in relevant degree
Top Secret Security Clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $157,800 - $278,185. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $181,400 - $314,525. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
