The Product Launch Program Management Lead drives successful go-to-market execution across FinTech product lines, including Calypso, AxiomSL, Surveillance, and Eqlipse. This role will lead cross-functional launch programs, ensuring products are market-ready, sales teams are enabled, and launches deliver measurable commercial impact.

Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Launch & Go-to-Market Program Management - Own and manage the global product launch operating rhythm, including integrated project timelines, milestones, dependencies, governance checkpoints, and launch readiness activities.
- Coordinate cross-functional launch planning across Product Strategy, Product Marketing, Sales, Revenue Operations, Legal, Customer Success, and other key stakeholders.
- Monitor go-to-market readiness across all FinTech product lines, identifying risks, gaps, dependencies, and bottlenecks while driving mitigation plans to ensure successful launch execution.
- Facilitate launch status reviews, stakeholder meetings, and decision-making forums, ensuring clear accountability and timely escalation of critical issues.
- Develop and maintain executive-ready reporting, launch dashboards, action trackers, and communications that provide visibility into launch progress, risks, and overall health.
- Capture and document lessons learned through structured 30-, 60-, and 90-day post-launch retrospectives to continuously improve launch effectiveness.
Sales Enablement & Seller Readiness - Partner closely with Product Marketing to align product messaging, positioning, campaigns, and enablement deliverables.
- Ensure sales teams have the right training, tools, content, and customer-facing materials to support successful product introductions.
Strategic Enablement Initiatives - Lead the coordination and execution of Partnership Enablement initiatives and broader FinTech Revenue Organization programs.
- Support AI enablement and adoption initiatives by identifying opportunities to embed intelligent workflows throughout the sales lifecycle and translating them into practical training and enablement resources.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Program Management, Go-to-Market Operations, or a related field.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and product launches in a FinTech, SaaS, technology, or B2B environment.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders, timelines, and dependencies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence across teams and drive alignment in matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with experience identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience supporting sales organizations through product launches, seller readiness programs, or go-to-market initiatives.
- Familiarity with FinTech products, capital markets technology, regulatory technology, or enterprise software solutions.
- Experience partnering with Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and Sales leadership teams.
- Knowledge of sales enablement methodologies, learning programs, and adoption measurement practices.
- Experience supporting AI-enabled selling strategies, productivity tools, or digital enablement initiatives.
This position will be located in Toronto and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $84,000 - $115,000. In addition to base salary, Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive), and equity (long-term incentive), comprehensive benefits, and opportunity for growth. Exact compensation may vary based on several job-related factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: skill set, experience, education/training, business needs and market demands.
