What this job involves:
As a Program Management Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving outstanding program and project management and delivering exceptional results. What your day-to-day will look like:
- Lead and manage a team of program managers and project managers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to foster professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables, ensuring they are aligned with clients' goals and expectations.
- Develop and implement program management strategies and methodologies, leveraging more innovative ways of working to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Oversee program timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Champion a culture of collaboration by actively engaging with cross-functional teams, both locally and globally, to optimize project outcomes.
- Foster a climate of inclusivity and belonging, supporting each other's wellbeing and promoting a diverse workforce.
- Manager and build relationship with the Client programs lead.
- Drive clear, consistent communications and reporting to effectively monitor, communicate, and support program health.
Desired experience and technical skills:
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., construction management, engineering, architecture).
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects within the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing teams, with exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with a demonstrated ability to drive process improvements.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in managing project budgets and financial reporting.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MBA, project management).
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED, Six Sigma).
- Experience working in a global organization, collaborating with multicultural and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of industry-leading project management software and technologies.
- Proven construction project management experience and experience leading construction project management teams.
- Ability to travel as needed.

Expected compensation for this position:
120,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year
Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
