Overview

The AUKUS, Submarines, and Industrial Base Group (ASIG), within the Sea, Land, Air Division, provides timely, objective, analytic assessments that integrate technical, operational, programmatic, policy and business analysis to NAVSEA Team Submarine program offices and key stakeholders surrounding submarine platform construction. Team Submarine unifies submarine platform procurement activities, which includes the Columbia-class SSBN program (a Major Defense Acquisition Program and the Navy's top acquisition priority), the Virginia-class SSN program and the new SSN-X program (developing the next generation attack submarine), to bring improved capabilities to our undersea forces. Analysts and Engineers supporting Team Submarine will continue SPA's decades of support to the submarine force, as well as supporting oversight of cutting-edge attack submarine construction, assisting in developing the design requirements for the SSN platform of the future, and helping plan and execute new and innovative strategies to strengthen the critical submarine shipbuilding industrial base. Responsibilities

This position supports the In-Service Strategic Submarines Program Office (PMS 396) which is part of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), Program Executive Office Strategic Submarines (PEO SSBN), and Team Submarine (TSUB). PMS 396 provides acquisition, engineering, logistics, and project management support to Ohio Class Submarines.KMS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as a Program Integration Support Analyst.As a program integration analyst, you will be responsible for providing executive-level support to the Program Integration PAPM / Chief of Staff assisting in overseeing and managing the strategic operations and daily operations of the client organization. This includes coordinating with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and completion of strategic actions, smooth and efficient business processes, implementing and monitoring operational policies and procedures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

This position is located at the Washington Navy Yard with potential for light telework. CONUS and OCONUS travel up to 10% may be required.
