Program Financial AnalystContinental Electronics Corporation (CEC), a subsidiary of OSI Systems, Inc., seeks a seasoned finance professional to lead program finance activities. This role will be responsible for program-level financial oversight, supporting a high-tech manufacturing environment with a strong focus on government contracting. Senior Program Analyst will oversee multiple programs within the business and collaborate closely Program Management, Scheduling, Engineering, and Operations. This person will be a key resource reporting to the Senior Finance Program Manager.
Responsibilities- Labor & Material tracking, cost transfers, & resource planning/updates
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal customers
- Lead real-time financial performance monitoring
- Monitor program costs, schedules, and risks
- Drive monthly and quarterly planning cycles
- Support business development proposals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements
- Prepare variance analyses, productivity studies, and non-standard management reports
- Performance of additional ad-hoc analysis as needed

Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of finance/accounting experience, including 2+ years in program finance
- Strong understanding of GAAP and government contracting (CP/FP/T&M)
- Experience with Deltek, Oracle EPM Cloud, and complex HFM reporting and consolidation
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across department
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

The pay range above represents annual base salary only. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as your job level, geographic location, date of hire, experience, job-related knowledge and skills, and education in conjunction with market and business considerations.
Base salary is one component of your total rewards package.
