Program Director, Rehabilitation

Location: National Park Medical Center - 1911 Malvern Ave, Hot Springs, AR 71901

 

Are you a dynamic rehabilitation leader passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes? We are seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee our inpatient rehab program, driving clinical excellence, operational success, and team development.

 

What You'll Do
Lead all clinical, financial, and administrative aspects of the rehab department
Partner with interdisciplinary teams to ensure outstanding patient care
Guide strategic planning, budgeting, and program growth
Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
Mentor, develop, and support a high-performing rehabilitation team
