What You Will Do:
- Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the OTP, ensuring compliance with DPH, CARF, and other regulatory and accrediting standards.
- Oversee budget development, monitor revenue and expenses, and ensure fiscal accountability.
- Lead the OTP Management Team, providing administrative and/or clinical supervision to clinicians, the Nurse Supervisor/Manager, and Office Supervisor.
- Manage recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development of program staff.
- Develop and lead the annual Performance Improvement Plan to strengthen quality and safety of care.
- Collaborate with the Medical Director on psychiatric and programmatic issues related to methadone services.
- Serve as clinical consultant for mental health and nursing staff on patient care and milieu management.
- Oversee counselor caseloads, treatment plans, and clinical documentation compliance.
- Act as liaison to regulatory bodies, referral sources, payers, and the community, engaging in marketing and advocacy for substance use treatment services.
- Maintain clinical licensure and continuing education requirements.
Who You Are:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, Addictions, or a related field.
- Independent licensure (LMHC, LICSW) required.
- 3+ years of advanced clinical practice with individuals with substance use and dual diagnoses.
- 3+ years of clinical supervision and/or management experience.
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment theories, principles, and evidence-based practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to empowerment and community integration for individuals served.
Salary Range:$71,000-$90,000
