Program Director - Mobile Crisis Intervention

Lead Crisis Care That Changes Lives - Join Our Team as Program Director, Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI)

We're seeking a Program Director to lead our Mobile Crisis Intervention (MCI) team-providing lifesaving behavioral health crisis response 24/7/365 for children, adults, and families in need.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations of Mobile Crisis Intervention and Jail Diversion services
  • Supervise and support talented clinical staff
  • Ensure high-quality, responsive, compassionate care
  • Partner with community providers, hospitals, law enforcement, and system stakeholders
  • Oversee documentation, billing coordination, reporting, and contract compliance
  • Participate in shared 24-hour leadership on-call rotation

Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours

Pay Rate: $100,778.70/salaried

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Immediate computer fluency, including Microsoft Office - such as Excel
  • Valid driver's license and regular access to a reliable vehicle


Required Experience

  • Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related clinical Human Services discipline required. Independent clinical licensure required.
  • At least two years of supervisory experience in a similar mental health setting preferred.
  • At least five (5) years of clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting and three years' experience working within MCI required.
