Program Director - MarComm Strategic Initiatives & Optimization

The Program Director will report to the Corporate Director of Strategic Planning, Insights & Customer Engagement and act as an internal consulting partner to senior leadership, helping frame complex business challenges, define priorities, lead strategic initiatives, and translate opportunities into clear, actionable plans that advance long-term MarComm priorities. In this role, you will strengthen governance, prioritization, investment alignment, and operational discipline. You'll also modernize key MarComm capabilities across YouTube, patient education video, AI-informed content discoverability, and internal podcast and video production. Equal parts strategist and executor, you will bring structure to ambiguous workstreams, develop executive-ready recommendations, partner across Marketing, creative, digital, analytics, and operational teams, and move initiatives from strategy through execution with measurable results. You will optimize investments and resource allocation through governance, prioritization frameworks, performance reporting, and ROI-driven decision-making. Oversee strategy, development, and project management for an internal creative production studio supporting podcast and video asset creation. Optimize patient education video strategy by establishing searchability best practices and scaling a robust education series across YouTube and digital channels. This is an ideal opportunity for a former management consultant, strategist, or transformation leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by driving clarity, alignment, and measurable results- all within a mission driven healthcare environment.

This is a full time day shift position working 4 days at our Corporate Office in mid-town Manhattan, and the ability for 1 day remote.

Preferred Criteria
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience, preferably in management consulting
  • Experience driving digital transformation, operational modernization, and evolving customer experience strategies.
  • Experience building governance, prioritization, or operating models that improve decision-making, accountability, and resource allocation.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and digital platforms, and their application to business workflows.
  • Healthcare, academic medical center, or highly regulated industry experience preferred.

  • Strong background in investment optimization, analytics, and performance measurement.
  • Proven ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong executive presence, deck development, and storytelling capabilities.

Salary Range:

$193,000-$258,000/Annual
