Join us in West Mifflin, PA (Pittsburgh area), where your expertise will help ensure the right products are delivered, every time. As a Program Configuration and Change Manager, you will play a vital role in connecting teams and processes to keep our projects on track and our communities moving.

Your role, Your impact
  • Lead the configuration and change management process for complex rail and mobility projects.
  • Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless implementation of change requests and orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of product revisions and ensure all stakeholders are informed of updates.
  • Support cross-functional teams in understanding and executing configuration changes across the project lifecycle.
  • Drive continuous improvement in configuration and change management practices to enhance project delivery and reliability.

What you bring
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, business management, or equivalent experience (engineering preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in configuration management, change control, or related roles in engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong understanding of how change requests and orders flow through a business and impact multiple departments.
  • Experience with configuration and change management tools (any industry; rail experience is a plus but not required).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to lead cross-functional teams.
