DutiesHelp
You will:
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure information on a wide variety of topics flows between the OLEM Assistant Administrator, Deputy Assistant Administrators, Office Directors, and Regional Offices in a smooth and timely manner.
- Maintain schedules, calendar, and day-to-day logistics surrounding meetings involving OLEM Principals.
- Coordinate the review and approval of documents and briefing materials across OLEM Principals.
- Carry out program assessments, analyses of issues, data analyses, and requests for information on behalf of the OLEM Immediate Office and OLEM Leadership.

You must meet time-in-grade requirements no later than 30 calendar days after the closing date of this announcement.
This position is designated as Moderate Risk and requires a background investigation. Unless an appropriate background investigation is already on record with the Office of Personnel Management, you must undergo a background investigation. All conditions of the pre-employment security process must be met before an official letter of employment can be issued with a report for duty date.

To qualify for the GS-13 level, you must have 1 year of full-time* specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level defined as applying analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to assess program effectiveness and efficiency; utilizing continuous process improvement strategies; and providing advice and guidance on policy, planning, operations, or projects related to environmental programs, enforcement and compliance, tribal or international affairs, land and emergency response, human resources, and/or finance.
