Summary

Duties

Help

  • You will serve as management advisor using a high-level of discernment and judgment to address a wide variety of interrelated subject matter, that can include financial, contractual, programmatic, or other program office focus areas.
  • You will execute program plans to achieve milestones and requirements for the full scope of activities associated with acquisition issues.
  • You will provide long range plans for the cost, performance, schedule of diverse teams and acquisition efforts within the scope of assigned areas; exercises significant judgment and experience to establish priorities
  • You will prepare coordinated reports, presentations and briefings in support of program actions.
  • You will analyze the requirements to develop program reporting including the specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and evaluation methodology.

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NH-02 (GS-11 equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing program requirements (e.g., cost, performance, scheduling, studies, etc.) to corroborate data into reports and records for acquisition project and program management.

This announcement uses the Acquisition Demo Business and Technical Management direct hire authority to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.

The NH-03 broadband is equivalent to the GS-12/13 grade levels.

This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program.
