Position Title: Program Analyst, Journeyman (Advance Development Team - Engineering) (PMA 213)

Salary Requirement: $110,000 - $120,000

Functional Description: - Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.
- Analyzes requirements, status, budget and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses.
- Collects, completes, organizes and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapons/project acquisitions and product programs.
- Tracks program/project status and schedules.
- Applies government-instituted process for documentation, change control management and data management.
- Supports and tracks Configuration Management or assigned projects.
Duties and Responsibilities: - Attends, supports and updates program/project briefings, schedules and acquisitions documentation.
- Conducts research, business case analysis and technical reviews of in support of assigned programs/projects.
- Reviews and provides recommendations to program/project budgets, support program/project team leadership in management, tracking of acquisitions milestones, cost schedule & performance documentation, and other assign duties as required.
- Supports the configuration management board, review engineering documentation.
Required Experience :
Journeyman level - at least 3 years of combined experience performing duties described in the functional description.
Desired Experience :
At least 3 years of experience supporting NAVAIR programs.
Education Requirements : BA/BS degree in Engineering or related field or supplemental experience is required.
