Full Job Description
We are currently seeking a Program/Project Management Analyst, Journeyman to support PMA-231 at the Patuxent River, MD Program Office.

A successful candidate will learn and apply knowledge of Operations Security (OPSEC) to develop, implement, and maintain the OPSEC Program to protect sensitive Unclassified and Classified program information, activities, equipment, and material used or developed by the U.S. Government and industry. A successful candidate will assist in coordinating engineering review of all data for release to ensure security classification guidelines are met prior to release to U.S. Navy, Industry, or foreign nationals.

Duties and Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Assist in the review of program documentation prior to release to U.S. and foreign governments and contractors to ensure compliance with the applicable Security Classification Guide (SCG) for all program information.
• When applicable, assist government customer with compliance in DoD policy and guidance on Foreign Disclosure and Export Controls and related U.S. Export Control Laws, Regulations, and Policies.
• Assist in the development of OPSEC Survey and Assessment Plans as well as conduct and produce findings of surveys and assessments.
• Assist in providing OPSEC, SCG, and International Programs Security training and awareness.
• Ability to learn Document Sanitization and Releasability.

Required Education: BS or BA degree in a business, management or relevant technical discipline.

Allowable Substitution:

Associate's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

OR

Four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree.

Required Experience:Must have Three (3) to Ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, related to weapon systems acquisition and life cycle management; FMS support experience preferred.

• Exhibit well-developed verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal skills; analytical skills; attention to detail; organizational skills.
• Balance priorities to work effectively in the fast-paced program office environment.
• Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint; Project & Outlook).
• Self-starter and be able to capture actions items and meeting minutes.

Must hold and maintain a Top-Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $78,433.26-$117,649.90 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
