Tuvli, an Akima company, is hiring for a Program Analyst III to support our DoS client located in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

The Program Analyst III is responsible for technical oversight, in either physical or technical security programs; high-level technical expertise; resource management and budget planning; and participation in briefings and meetings. Frequently provide subject matter or functional area expertise in performing technical tasks.

• Providing advice and guidance to officials on program planning.
• Developing, recommending, and providing interpretation and implementation of policies andprocedures.
• Establishing and maintaining liaison and serving as the focal point for the coordination andcommunication with appropriate offices, overseas posts, and interested foreign affairs and intelligence agencies.
• Other duties and responsibilities as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years as a Program Analyst II.
• Bachelor’s degreeormore than 10 yearsexperience serving as an analyst in planning, developing, coordinating, and conducting analyses for overall operational efficiencies/inefficiencies, program-related trends, effectiveness in achieving planned goals, objectives, and milestones, or a combination of experience and education.
• Experience identifying complex cross cutting areas of program requirements and needs in order toaddress significant organizational concerns.
• Experience providing advice and preparing and presenting controversial reports on the program’s status to senior management officials.
• Experience applying various laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect the use of program and related support resources.
• Experience conducting detailed analyses of functions and work processes; and presentingrecommendations for improvements and corrective actions.
• Must be proficient incurrentMicrosoft OfficeSuite to includeOutlook, Word, Excel and SharePointprograms.
• Active Top-Secret clearance required.
