Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or 10+ years of experience in related roles in lieu of a degree.
• Experience in developing data models for integrated financial and technical program data.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel.
• Active Top Secret clearance with recent SSBI/T5 background check and capacity to obtain Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
• Willingness to consent to a polygraph examination.

Responsibilities

• Advise Program/Project Managers on acquisition strategies, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Develop data models to aid in decision-making processes regarding program effectiveness.
• Prepare and coordinate status reports and technical meetings for project oversight.
• Draft and tailor program planning documents in line with DoD acquisition policies.
• Assess contractor design progress and identify risks during milestone reviews.
• Monitor program funding commitments and assist in the development of financial documentation.
• Coordinate staffing and management of program elements throughout the execution lifecycle.
