Full Job Description
The University of Chicago's Department of Organismal Biology and Anatomy is seeking a full-time Neuroscientist at the rank of Professor. The appointee will study the neural basis of natural vocal communication in birds and mammals, human speech and voice disorders. Other duties will include teaching and supervision of trainees and students and scholarly activity. Compensation is dependent upon qualifications. This position is benefits-eligible.
Prior to the start of employment, applicants must have 1) a PhD, MD, or equivalent and 2) qualify for an appointment as Professor with tenure.
