The Opportunity:We are seeking a Practice/Professional Services Operations Specialist to support our delivery operations across the Americas. This role supports the Service Line Leads in optimizing resource planning and driving operational efficiency, enabling delivery teams to execute effectively and achieve strong client outcomes. This role is critical to building the operational foundation that makes that level of performance possible.
Responsibilities:- Act as the primary liaison between Service Line Leadership and support functions (Finance, HR, IT, and others) to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and alignment across teams.
- Partner with Service Line Leads to manage inquiries, track project and pursuit pipelines, support forecasting activities, interpret financial data, and develop reporting using Excel or Power BI.
- Coordinate Service Line Leads' meetings, including agenda preparation, development of materials, and follow-up on action items across stakeholders.
- Support resource planning activities, including tracking team capacity, utilization, and staffing needs.
- Coordinate special projects and business initiatives for Service Line Leads, including data analysis and reporting.
- Support onboarding of new Partners and integration of acquisitions in collaboration with the Operations Director and Service Line Leads.
- Coordinate with Finance to support the Service Line Leads' delivery against key performance indicators (KPIs).
Skills and Experience:- 5+ years' experience working in similar Operations roles
- Multiple years of experience working for Professional Services organizations
- Expertise in assessing operational data, resource needs, and business forecasts to drive planning, prioritization, and execution across a professional services environment.
- Recent experience supporting multiple service lines, departments, business units, practice areas, entities or similar
- Track record of managing competing operational priorities, delivering accurate and actionable information, and ensuring successful execution across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Strong command of CRM systems to manage pipelines, projects and resources.
- Proven experience using Artificial Intelligence (AI) Tools to improve efficiency and streamline workflows, with an understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power BI and strong command of the full Microsoft Office; SQL experience preferred but not required.
- Mastery of building trusted partnerships with leaders, delivery teams, and support functions across multiple service lines and regions.
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
