Job description
Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant with Professional Services domain. The role holder will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Tampa, FL or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require relocation and or travel to project locations.
Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 11 years of Information Technology/Domain experience.
Preferred skills and experiences:- Experience in Audit and Assurance domain with hands on project experience building IT solutions in this space
- Should have comprehensive knowledge of one or more below given business functions
- Financial statement audit
- Attest services
- Digital assurance and IT audit
- Internal audit
- SOC reporting
- Risk, compliance and Risk modeling
- Experience in Agile project environment is mandatory and any certification in Agile methodology (CSM/CSPO), Project/Program management (PMP/PgMP), CBAP are highly desirable
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements, develop user journey maps and define acceptance criteria
- Conduct show & tell session to present the product solution to business users.
- Support the deliverables of the Technical Consultants by providing business and functional guidance, review, testing, and validation of scripted solutions (reports, plugins, and interfaces)
- Help drive consistency and efficiency through active leadership within the team
- Maintain and build key relationships with external IT teams and our internal business collaborators
- Standardize and reinforce processes for eliciting requirements, designing and validating system functionality
- Can mentor Junior Business Analysts, Technical Consultant and provide guidance on the daily support issues.
- Ability to work effectively with a multicultural team, Ability to clearly communicate complex analytical issues to clients and to wider non-expert stakeholder's work closely with the senior stake holders in the business as well as in different departments to understand and document the business objectives, scope and program expectations and to get sign-off

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
