Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage survey technicians while overseeing boundary, easement, deed, and title reviews.
  • Conduct detailed research at the town, county, and state levels to ensure project success.
  • Review and assess surveys, field notes, maps, aerial imagery, and other materials to identify project constraints and recommend the most efficient approach to stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Calculate quantities and volumes, ensuring accurate data and effective communication with crew chiefs and the operations team.
  • Collaborate with drafting managers, design staff, and the operations team to provide updates, address challenges, and implement necessary plan revisions.
