Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support Lead to manage and support mission-critical applications and systems involving Informatica IICS, SQL, Oracle, Unix/Linux, and Snowflake. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise, strong troubleshooting abilities, and leadership experience in a 24x7 production support environment. This role requires hands-on involvement with ETL workflows, database performance tuning, shell scripting, and data warehouse optimization.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage production support for critical enterprise applications.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to Informatica IICS ETL workflows.
  • Optimize SQL queries and ensure Oracle database performance and reliability.
  • Write and maintain Unix/Linux shell scripts and manage job scheduling tools.
  • Ensure Snowflake data warehouse performance, including tuning and optimization.
