Role Description Provide production support leveraging AI/ML capabilities.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, infrastructure, and data-related issues.
Perform analysis and debugging across Java applications, Linux environments, and database systems.
Support platform stability, performance, and operational readiness.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve production incidents.
Investigate recurring issues and contribute to long-term resolution initiatives.
Support deployments, validation, and operational processes.
Assist in maintaining AI-driven solutions supporting document digitization, document extraction, and predictive analytics workloads.
Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year Note:
