What you will do:- Responsible for leading a team of skilled workers to meet production schedules.
- Collaborates with the production manager to develop and execute production activities in a safe working environment.
- Follows quality controls and procedures to ensure that raw material and finished goods comply with product specifications.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment and promptly addresses any safety concerns.
- Prepares and maintains production reports, including performance metrics, production output, and quality data, and provides regular updates to management.

Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related subject or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or production environment with 4+ years of experience in a supervisory role is necessary.
