Production Supervisor.The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, and team performance while meeting production targets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee multiple production lines, ensuring efficient and timely processing of raw materials into finished goods
- Supervise, coach, and hold team members accountable to production, quality, and safety standards
- Monitor employee attendance, performance, and compliance with meal and rest break policies
- Ensure staffing, materials, and equipment are aligned with production schedules
- Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and company procedures
- Identify and address production issues in real time to minimize downtime
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse

The Person- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience in a production environment
- 2-5 years of experience in food manufacturing preferred
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive performance
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make real-time decisions
