JOB SUMMARY

This role involves utilizing advanced data analytics, modeling, and optimization techniques to identify opportunities for improving production rates, reducing costs, and ensuring operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of production processes, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Analyze real-time and provide optimization suggestions to increase system run life and increase production
  • Coordinate Engineering design support efforts for new tools/products.
  • Perform other work related tasks as assigned.
  • Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures.

FACILITY/GROUP SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support sales team with technical expertise
  • Monitor and Optimize ESP systems for Sales staff
  • Collaborate with applications team

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline or other Technical Degree, or equivalent ESP experience
  • 1-3 years experience in ESP Monitoring/Optimization a plus
  • Strong Communication skills

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Knowledge of ESP product, processes, and operations
  • Excellent knowledge of production planning, quality control, and costing principals
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use the computer
  • Excellent Computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft office and SCADA systems
  • Travel less than 10%

  • Ability to work effectively alone, or within a group
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
  • Understanding of ESP Systems
  • Understanding of Trend Analysis
  • Working knowledge of wellbore construction, Nodal Analysis, and Decline curve analysis
