We are looking for a driven and experienced Manufacturing Manager to join our Oklahoma City team. In this role, you will lead manufacturing operations, drive continuous improvement, and play a key part in delivering high-quality medical technologies that improve lives. What will you be doing?
  • Leading and overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across production processes to enhance efficiency and performance
  • Managing and developing a high performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and engagement
  • Collaborating cross functionally with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to optimize operations
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards within a highly regulated environment
  • Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed
  • Supporting strategic planning and contributing to long term operational goals


What will you need to be successful?
  • Proven experience in manufacturing leadership, typically 7+ years in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with experience developing teams
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience working within regulated industries, preferably medical devices
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making capabilities
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
