Paul Davis Restoration of West LA is a fast-growing restoration company specializing in fire, smoke, water, and storm damage recovery. We help families and businesses rebuild and recover with urgency, integrity, and expert care. As we scale, we're looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Production Manager to take the reins on daily operations and lead our field team to excellence.

Position Overview:

The Production Manager is responsible for the successful execution of all restoration and reconstruction projects. This person will coordinate field teams, manage job schedules, maintain quality control, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and provide outstanding customer service. You'll work directly with the owner to drive efficiency, profitability, and team performance-freeing the owner to focus on strategy and growth.
