Production Manager with strong potential, leadership capability, and a desire to grow. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to

What You'll Do- Lead daily production operations with a focus on safety, quality, and accountability
- Coach and support shift and technical leads
- Manage production schedules and changing priorities
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to meet plant and customer goals
- Drive continuous improvement and team development
What We're Looking For- Leadership potential and a willingness to learn-prior Production Manager experience is not required
- Manufacturing experience preferred (plastic injection molding a plus)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with ERP/MES systems and Microsoft Office

Compensation Information:This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role. Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, market level, other job-related factors, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
Pay Range:$110,000-130,000 plus 10% AIP bonus

- Vacation - up to 120 hours of time within first year
- Sick - up to 40 hours of time within first year
- Floating Holiday - up to 8 hours of time within first year
